May 2, 2019 – The book review for Kiriti Sengupta’s book of poetry, Rituals, was wrapped up today and submitted to various venues for publication. Many thanks to Kiriti and his publishing house Hawakal Publishers for reaching out and asking me to review this marvelous piece of work. It was an absolute pleasure to engage with.
Current reviews in the works are Amirah Al Wassif’s For Those Who Don’t Know Chocolate and ReVerse Butcher’s On the Rod, an Artist’s Book.
June 2, 2019 – Down in the Dirt, the original publisher of my short stories “Windows” and “When Blood Wants Blood”, has released them in print in their May/June 2019 issue (volume 164) titled “The Deep Woods” (now available on Amazon.com). These stories originally appeared on Down in the Dirt’s website December 2018 and have been reprinted many times since. Much gratitude to DitD and its Editor Janet K. for the amazing opportunity to get these pieces out and about.
June 2, 2019 – Check out the reprint of “When Blood Wants Blood” (from Indelible Fingerprints [Alien Buddha Press]) as Cherry Magazine’s “cover story” in their comeback issue (Issue #6, Summer 2019), released today! So glad and honored to have this piece considered by Cherry Magazine to be one of their “finest in pop fiction.” Sending mondo kisses to Jen @ Cherry and the rest of the crew at Rotten Girl Press!
June 2, 2019 – Thrilled to have my poem, “Killers” (from Indelible Fingerprints), reprinted at Corvus Review (Issue #12) on June 1, 2019. Take a look at the latest issue’s many amazing offerings!
