Poems “Blood Honey”, “Cough Syrup”, “3 AM”, and “Dopamine” appear at Fugitives & Futurists!!!

October 22, 2021 – It’s after 3 AM and I was awoken by an Instagram alert from Fugitives & Futurists that my poems “Blood Honey”, “Cough Syrup”, “3 AM”, and “Dopamine” were just published online. Loving how they presented the material. So glad to finally see these bad boys out and about and beyond thankful for F&F for seeing what I see in them. Love it when that happens!

Short story “When Blood Wants Blood” resurrected for reprint at The Hallowzine #2!!!

September 22, 2021 – Received word today that one of the three short stories, “When Blood Wants Blood”, will be reprinted in The Hallowzine’s second issue, along with seven of my horror haikus in October. Thrilled to see that story making the rounds, again, though this will be its last run. Time to finally lay it to rest, along with “Roadkill” and “Windows”. Many thanks to Laura and Lindsay for my second acceptance!

Two short stories accepted for reprint at Logos Literature!!!

August 5, 2019 –  Short stories “Windows” (about dealing with a parent with Alzheimer’s Disease) and “When Blood Wants Blood” (about Santeria, ancestor worship, and life struggles) were accepted for reprint today at Logos Literature (publication on 85/5/19 and 8/6/19, respectively). They have been INCREDIBLY supportive of “Roadkill” and I, so it was a “no-brainer” in deciding to give my remaining two short stories one last “go-round” with Logos Literature and Founder & Lead Editor Kaiter Enless before they are FINALLY “put out to pasture” (excluding any current submissions that are pending review/publication).

“When Blood Wants Blood” NOW appearing on Cherry Magazine’s COMEBACK issue today!!!

June 2, 2019 – Check out the reprint of “When Blood Wants Blood” (from Indelible Fingerprints [Alien Buddha Press]) as Cherry Magazine’s “cover story” in their comeback issue (Issue #6, Summer 2019), released today! So glad and honored to have this piece considered by Cherry Magazine to be one of their “finest in pop fiction.”  Sending mondo kisses to Jen @ Cherry and the rest of the crew at Rotten Girl Press!
